The State Courts Towers comprises of two 150m towers providing 110,00sqm of additional courtrooms in the downtown area. The front tower houses the criminal courtrooms while the rear contains the judges’ chambers and supporting functions, with bridges connecting the two towers.

 The courtroom tower is an open frame supporting a series of shared terraces on which the courtrooms are placed, with cladding reflecting the colours of the tiled roofs in the adjacent historic Chinatown shop-houses.
