Landmark Tower, is a condominium completed in 1985 by one of Singapore’s pioneer architects, Timothy Seow. It’s striking slender concrete structure stood out as a lone tower, situated at the base of Pearl’s Hill City Park, adjacent to the busy CTE/Chin Swee thoroughfare.

Landmark Tower was sold on the enbloc market in 2018 and was demolished in 2020, echoing the fate of the nearby Pearl Bank Apartments.
